Increment is One Dollar for each "item" [QTY 3 =$3]

These "Items" will be added to the cart on the cart as you fill in the "QTY" box and click "Update"

When everything looks like it should, check out.

Mention in "Customer Comments" what the payment is for.

 

For example:

If you want a Basic #1 Kit [$130] and an atomizer [$3], Add up 130 and 3 to get 133.

"Buy" 133 "Special Order Items" for a total of $133

Then list which items you wanted in the "Customer Comments" area in the checkout sequence.
